RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not take any returns since each item is made to order. If your item is damaged or the print did not turn out correctly, please send us a photo of the item. After that, we can refund your order or send you a new item.
Once the order is in production, it can't be cancelled. Production can occur immediately within the hour after your order is placed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take up to 8 days to show up in your bank account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
